Disney's Beach Club Resort is a luxury lakeside hotel with New England-style atmosphere that shares facilities with the neighboring Disney's Yatch Club resort. The facilities include a one-hectare (2.5 acres) water park on the edge of a beach with several options for cooling off, such as its sand-bottomed pool, the replica of a life-size shipwreck, and one of the highest slides in the complex, as well as three other swimming pools. There are also two golf courses full of magic and free shuttle service through a cable car or bus system to access the entire Walt Disney World® complex. At this hotel, the gastronomic offer includes typical cuisine from the Northeastern region of the United States. Among the restaurants at the property, you will find an ice cream parlor that serves casual cuisine inspired by the fifties, more than one restaurant for tasting seafood, and a bar similar to a beach house. The resort has activities and facilities for the whole family to enjoy, from a video game room and a tennis court, up to a fitness center, a beauty salon, and a Spa. Guest rooms and suites at the hotel are equipped with mini-refrigerator, coffeemaker, and tub, while some of them offer lake and pool views. The access to Epcot Park is less than 500 meters (1,640 ft) from the resort and Disney's Hollywood Studios is 2 kilometers (1.2 mi) away.
